Q1. What If my transaction is declined?

Ans: It could be because you are exceeding the daily transaction limit on your card or your card is not enabled for a particular type of transaction(s). You can enable a particular transaction type and modify the Debit Card daily limits by following simple steps as mentioned here.

In case you do not have login access to db OnlineBanking or MyBank India App, please call our phonebanking team on 1860 266 6601# or contact your relationship manager or visit our nearest branch to change your Debit Card usage limit and enable transaction type.
Q2. What if my transaction is still declined even after increasing the limits and/or enabling a channel? What could be the reason?

Ans: Call our Phonebanking team on 1860 266 6601# or write an email to customer.care@db.com. We will check and respond to you and help you in completing the transaction.
Q3. Will I be eligible for a Gift voucher, if I do one transaction of Rs 1 Lakh during campaign period?

Ans: No. You need to do minimum 8 point of sale (POS) or ecommerce transactions using Deutsche Bank Debit card to be eligible for Gift voucher.
Q4. Will I get the Gift voucher immediately after I complete my eligibility?

Ans: No. All eligible clients will be sent Gift vouchers on their registered email ID and on registered mobile number in November 2021.
Q5. Do I need to register to participate in this offer?

Ans: No. All Deutsche Bank Debit Card Customers are automatically eligible for participate in this offer. No need for separate registration.
